R&D testing has shown that the factory ram-air system on the 1999–2007 Hayabusa becomes less efficient as speed increases. The nose contour can create negative pressure around the intake openings at speeds approaching 140 mph. Our scoops address that issue while adding a sharper, more aggressive look to the King of Sportbikes.

These scoops mount directly to the factory intake openings on the front fairings of any 1999–2007 Hayabusa. Performance improvements are noticeable on both stock bikes and heavily modified builds. The Fish’s Custom ’Busa was equipped with these scoops during its 213.27 mph pass at the Maxton Air Strip. Each set includes detailed instructions and all required fasteners.
Installation Instructions:

🎯 Drill a hole through the center of the color dot

🧩 Position the scoop in the fairing and mark through the hole using a paper clip leg

🔩 Remove the scoop and drill at the marked location

✅ Reinstall the scoop and firmly press the button lock through the hole until it sits flush
