Order processing and lead times

Product-page lead times are estimates, not guaranteed ship dates. In-stock items are prepared for shipment after payment clears. Made-to-order and custom-fabricated products enter the production queue after the order details are confirmed. If an order includes items with different lead times, the order may ship together when all items are ready unless other arrangements are confirmed with Monster Turbos.

Shipping quotes and oversized items

Products or combined shipments weighing more than 70 pounds may require a freight quote before purchase. Please contact us before ordering an oversized item so we can confirm the carrier, service level, destination access, and cost.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is sent when available. Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, service interruptions, address problems, customs, or other conditions outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

International shipments

Unless checkout or a written quote expressly states otherwise, the customer is responsible for import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage, and other destination charges. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Damage, shortages, and delivery problems

Inspect the package and parts promptly after delivery. Keep all packaging and contact Monster Turbos with the order number, photos, and a description of any visible damage, missing item, or incorrect item. We will provide the available carrier-claim or correction steps.

Customer-supplied parts

Do not ship a motorcycle, ECU, turbocharger, or other customer-supplied component until Monster Turbos provides shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for inbound shipping and for packaging the item securely unless a written work order states otherwise.

Returns, cancellations, and final-sale conditions are governed by our Refund Policy.
