Monster Turbos DIY Motorcycle Turbo Header Kit gives fabricators the core stainless-steel components needed to build a custom turbo manifold for popular Suzuki and Kawasaki sportbike applications.

Before you order

Select your motorcycle/year range and either the T2 or T3 turbo-flange option above. The head flange and spigots are already included; you do not need to order the separate head-flange listing for this kit.

• .375 in. (3/8 in.) 304 stainless-steel cylinder-head flange
• Header spigots
• .109 in. wall 304 stainless-steel elbows
• .109 in. wall 304 stainless-steel straight tubing
• 304 stainless-steel T2 or T3 turbo flange

Fabrication required: This is a component kit, not a welded or vehicle-fitted turbo header. Cutting, fitting and welding are required to complete the manifold.
