Boost-Compensating Lock-Up Clutch for 1999–2020 turbocharged Suzuki Hayabusa applications.

Choose your core-parts option

Select “No” if you are supplying your OEM clutch cover and pressure plate. These parts must be sent to Monster Turbos for the custom work. The “Yes Add $150.00” option is for a used clutch cover and pressure plate supplied by Monster Turbos, when that option is available.

This pneumatic lock-up system uses boost pressure to increase clutch pressure as boost rises, providing additional clutch holding force under power without relying only on extremely stiff clutch springs.

Why It Works

• Boost pressure automatically adds clutch holding force as engine load increases
• Helps control clutch slip on high-horsepower turbo combinations
• Allows a more manageable clutch-spring setup for street and race use

How It Works

• The modified clutch cover accepts a 1/8-in. NPT pressure fitting
• A pressure line connects the lock-up system to the intake plenum
• As boost rises, pressure acts on the lock-up mechanism
• The mechanism applies additional force to the clutch pressure plate
• When boost drops, the additional lock-up pressure is reduced

If you select “No” for the supplied used core-parts option, your OEM clutch cover and pressure plate must be sent to Monster Turbos so the custom lock-up components can be installed.
